Return & Refund
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the day you receive your parcel. The 30 days period is to give our customers ample time to return defective product over a long distance. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
In order for an item to be eligible for return; it must be unused, it must be in the same condition that warranted a return after you received it, it must be in the original packaging and, it must be in a resalable condition.
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status – whether it has been rejected, approved for full or partial refund.
If you are approved for a partial or full refund, then your refund will be processed, and the account link to the credit card you used for payment will be automatically credited or the original method of payment used at the time of placing order, within a certain amount of days.
Situations where only partial refunds are granted:
+ Items with obvious signs of use.
+ Products that have been opened and the original packaging damaged or destroyed.
+ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
+ Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
All orders are applicable to cancellation within 3 business days if your order is already dispatched you will not be able to cancel it.
Others with same day delivery cannot be cancelled after 1 hour of confirmation.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you you experience a delay in refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
